These terms explain the use of Optensa’s informational website and its free workflow-audit enquiry builder. A paid project requires separate written terms.
Website enquiries
Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not purchase a service, book a guaranteed appointment, or authorise paid work. There is no checkout or payment collection on this website. An initial workflow-audit enquiry is free.
Provide an accurate general description of your needs. Do not send confidential customer records, passwords, or payment credentials through the initial enquiry form. The Privacy Policy explains the WhatsApp handoff and other contact options.
Before paid work begins
Request a written proposal or agreement identifying the legal supplier and business address, scope and deliverables, responsibilities, price and currency, applicable taxes, payment stages, timetable, acceptance criteria, support, and cancellation arrangements.
Ownership or licensing of deliverables, access to client systems, data-processing responsibilities, recurring subscriptions, and third-party costs should also be agreed in writing. Scope changes and additional charges need agreement; this webpage does not authorise them. Do not treat an enquiry confirmation as approval of project terms.
Examples and outcomes
The workflow diagrams and animation illustrate possible approaches. Figures appearing in the concept video are illustrative interface content, not verified client results. Suitability and outcomes depend on the workflow, agreed implementation, data, staff adoption, and external services. No specific revenue increase, time saving, or business result is guaranteed by this website.
Content and acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, impersonate another person, or submit material you are not entitled to share. Ask permission before reusing brand assets or other site content; third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. The locally hosted fonts include their Barlow Condensed, Public Sans, and Azeret Mono licence notices.
