Privacy Policy

This notice explains what happens to information when you visit Optensa’s website or use its workflow-audit enquiry builder. It does not describe every data-processing activity of a separately contracted automation system.

Visiting the website
Our website code does not include advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, embedded social feeds, or browser-storage tracking. Fonts, images, and the concept video are served from this website. See our Cookie Policy.
Netlify hosts this website. Delivering and securing web requests involves technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, and browser information. Hosting records are separate from the enquiry builder. See Netlify’s Privacy Statement for its processing practices.
Using the enquiry builder
- Your name and business name are optional. A brief workflow description and your agreement to the WhatsApp handoff are required to use the builder.
- Typing does not submit a message to Optensa or to a website form database. The site’s code does not save the draft in cookies or browser storage. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore a page.
- Choosing “Continue To WhatsApp” places the draft in a link sent to WhatsApp. WhatsApp receives that text when you open the link; Optensa receives your message when you send it there. The link may also appear in your browser history.
- WhatsApp may share your phone number and profile information with the recipient according to your settings. Its service is governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details, health records, or identifiable customer records. A general example is enough. You can use email or telephone instead; those channels have their own service providers.
Purpose and choice
The enquiry permission covers sharing your draft with WhatsApp and allowing Optensa to read and respond to your workflow-audit request. It is not a marketing subscription. You can leave without sharing the draft or withdraw your enquiry permission by contacting us. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out or override applicable record-keeping obligations.
If you proceed to a project, its agreement should explain any additional data, purposes, providers, access arrangements, and retention requirements before those activities begin.
Recipients and international services
The relevant recipients are Optensa when you send an enquiry, Netlify for hosting requests, and the messaging or email service you choose. These providers may process information outside Zimbabwe. Their notices explain their service-specific arrangements. Contact us before sharing information subject to special confidentiality or data-location requirements.
Retention and security
The website has no server-side enquiry inbox. Once sent, correspondence is held in the communication systems used by you and Optensa, rather than this webpage. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion interval for those systems. Ask us about the records held for your enquiry and request deletion when they are no longer needed. Project, dispute, or legal record-keeping requirements may affect what can be deleted.
The website uses HTTPS. No website or messaging service can guarantee absolute security; please share only what is necessary for an initial discussion.
Your information and concerns
Contact us to request access to your enquiry information, correct inaccuracies, ask for deletion, object to a use, or withdraw permission. Include enough context to identify the correspondence, but do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is agreed. Applicable law determines the rights and exceptions for a particular request.
You can also raise a data-protection concern with POTRAZ, Zimbabwe’s Data Protection Authority. The date above identifies this version; a revised notice does not itself create permission for unrelated uses of your information.
